RO Plants

Reverse osmosis is a high-pressure energy efficient water separation process. It is a method of extracting essentially pure and fresh water from polluted or salt water by forcing the water under pressure against a semi permeable membrane, which passes the pure water molecules, but filters out salts and other dissolved impurities.

• Requires less than 50 % of energy as against Thermal Plants. Operates at Ambient Temperature.
• Uses non-corrosive Polymer Materials.
• Compact sized, requiring a very small place for installation. Quick start-up and shut down.
• Easy to operate with minimal operator training.
• Any layman can be trained to operate the plant within few days.
• Only one person is enough to operate the plant.
• Operating cost is negligible.
• The ready availability of spares at low cost.
